Step 1:
For Example we have uploaded a file named as "ACB-crack".So when we click the link it will show "File removed due to violation".
To fix this we are renaming the file(eg ACB).Give as simple name as possible.
Now if I click the link to download...it will appear..So remove any illegal words in your file like crack, patch, registered, hack etc and give a simple name
